I reckon since the MK2 announcement , Kemper support has probably spent a lot of time answering the same/similar questions many times over and over again . Perhaps you should consider creating a 'sticky' FAQ type announcement/thread at the top of the forum page. That would surely assist in answering the MK2 FAQ's ?
(It would also rapidly reduce the amount of random , speculative , uninformed posts from random persons on FB , YouTube and other forums )
