Rig Manager is no longer recognizing my Kemper, despite that it has remained plugged in via USB ever since I received the Kemper. Never unplugged. Tried unplugging and re-plugging, tried restarting computer, tried turning Kemper on and off. Any ideas?

Which versions of RigManager and KPA FW you're on? Did you make a system reset recently?

Make sure you download and install the most up to date version from the website....

Same issue here. There was a recent Microsoft update that might be the culprit...Some have gotten their RM to recognize their Kemper using a 2.0 USB. I have had no luck.

It is still an issue. I am unable to get RM to recognize my Kemper rack.

Are the KemperProfiler device is present in controll panel system, device manager?

Issue resolved. Installed newest Rig Manager Driver for OS 10.9+.
