What's the best way to hook up two Dunlop DVP3s to the Kemper KFC using one as volume and one as wah? Thanks

From reading the Remote guide, my guess is it would be just like using Pedals 1 and 2 on the back of the Kemper:
Plug one of them into Pedal 3
The other into Pedal 4
Assign one pedal to volume, the other to wah.Done

Would it matter if you plugged one into 3 and the other into 6. Does it always have to be 3 and 4

Sounds like a plan. Thanks Raoul
Also hats off to Ingolf for the recomendation of the DVP3, very nice pedal indeed!!

I don't think it would matter where you plug them in. 3 and 6 would make a lot of sense if the pedals are on both sides of the Remotes.

Excellent just checking

Wouldn't it be possible to set the function of one expression pedal to be a volume OR a wah OR whammy? Would this be possible with the remote, or maybe is it possible already?

Yes, you can do this right now, with a pedal connected to the back of the Kemper, or with one pedal connected to a MIDI controller.
Some users prefer a separate 2nd pedal for volume.

Ok thanks, and sorry for the brief hijack :p got a GCP until I get the Kemper Remote, and just wanted to make sure.
-
No problem - its not a thread hijack if it is about expression pedals

I'm one of those that's why I brought another DVP3

Unless you are sitting down, when playing, you can only operate one pedal at a time. This new pedal has 3 separate expression outputs, as well as midi in and out, and looks to be the perfect compliment to the Kemper Remote. It can also send CC#s. Pretty hot!

Really liked the LFO on that. Tempted to mod one of my pedals with an LFO now...

Does the DVP3 have a toe switch like the mission pedal does for clicking wah on and off?

No. I find this a plus and use bypass @ stop anyway. -
No. I find this a plus and use bypass @ stop anyway. How so? I've only ever used wah pedals with a toe switch to turn off the wah. How does it turn off without stepping on a switch?

+1
I use bypass at stomp, too. -

Simply chose bypass @ stop and experience a new level of convenience. -
bypass at stop or stomp? Confused here lol
