It would be nice having keyboard shortcuts in the Rig Manager for it's basic features like rating, marking as favorite etc. I know there are some shortcuts which appear with right clicking on a rig, I think these should be extended for all RM's features.

Agreed! +1

Indeed, when I first installed RM I was surprised that nothing happened when I pressed "F" or "L"

I think that a COMPLETE software would be the ideal case , bad at least a more user - friendly rig manager that does not crash all the time would be a step !

Mine never crashes...You got a scam

Stable here as well, on Mac and Win.

No crashes here either on win 7 64bit

+1 on the shortcuts. Windows 7 64bit, had to reload Rig Manager once as it wouldn't even start up after working fine earlier in the day. No crash or warning of any problems, only trouble with it so far.

No crashes and stable here, too. Mavericks.

Hey ,
You guys are all right , I should have been more specific :
1) I create a folder that I call ''Rythm'' - I drag and drop profiles inside that I want to use for rythm.
2) I create a folder that I call ''Lead'' - I drag and drop profiles inside that I want to use for lead.
The first time i did so , I spent 1 hour arranging the folders.
I closed the Rig Manager and turned my computer off.
The next day I launched the Rig Manager and both folders were empty.
I tried again , by randomly dragging and dropping profiles - after I closed and re launched Rig Manager the folders were empty.
I do not know if I am the only one with this problem or if I am doing something wrong.
Any suggestions are welcome

(Windows example)
When you close Rig Manager, do you use File.....Exit..... ?Or, do you click on the window's upper right corner "red X box"?
The "Exit" button is the way to do it - it allows the database updates to be saved.

Thanks for the reply,
I have to admit I feel a bot stupid
I had not tried that - I will do so tonight and let you know !

No - that is a GOOD thing. It points to a possible solution
Make a small change, Exit, and then relaunch it.
-
Also make sure the search box in the upper right corner is empty. If any text is in there, it will filter out any profiles that dont match
Edit: mine is stable and i always click the "x" and it always saves my changes
