to be honest - In your video I liked the amp sound the most!

Me too. -
so do I
I even prefer the little stoopid Zappa-iesque interlude

Cool video
Yes, I think DI profiles are better if you wanna use a tube amp and a guitaramp cab. -

Totally agree.
I have no idea why to interrupt this cute tune "now for something completely different" (© Monty Python) -
Interlude music is taken from Bob Squarepant Sponge. Ending theme.

Very cool video, but the interlude music drove me insane, I eventually punched a hole into an empty guitar box.
Did you try and tweak the Kemper Profiles to sound like the amp?
-
I thought the kemper with the DI profile sounded extremely close to the real amp, and IMHO no one would now the difference in a blind test so that would be a win for me.

Thanks! I liked the preamp better than the full with cab sims off. I'm not sure about the pre vs the real from the video. If you still have this saved in your DAW, it would be awesome if you could render and upload a copy in FLAC for us to hear. Just drag the three riffs beside each other on one track and then it is only one file. I don't want to sound like a pain, but I think it would be really helpful.

I agree - the DI is close. Without a direct compare no1 would complain ...

Great Video, and audio choise.
just had a quick listen and the profile W/out cab seems a bit darker to the real amp.
the 'just preamp' profile seems much closer.
