UPDATE 5:
Rectifier uberscoop (1-4), Rectifier scooped (1-4)
I made these with pretty much the same setup as the "4" batch, but with less midrange, boost and no boost profiles, and bold/diode and spongy/tube rectified.
All of them are on the modern red channel.
Tip: For a smoother top end, just dial the presence back. Or put a graphic eq after the amp, with the 10kHz slider all the way down.

UPDATE 4:
RACKTO2I5CENTER
RACKTO I5CENTER<<<I forgot to upload this one, now it's online.
RACKTO257CENTER (imo the best, get this if you only get one)
RACKTO 57CENTER
RACKTO2I5EDGE (2nd favorite, clearer, modern)
RACKTO I5EDGE
RACKT257EDGE
RACKTO 57EDGE (my least favorite, too muffled)
This time I tried something different, I used my Golden Age Project Pre-73 mic pre instead of going straight into the KPA. I also did some dead center mic positions.
How to read the profile names: *amp name* *2=less mids, more bass* *I5=Audix i5, 57=SM57* *mic position*.
I think the better preamp did wonders, probably my best profiles yet, imo. There's a lot more presence and cut, without a need for post eq. You might want to cut some >10 kHz though, there is some fizz there. (I added a graphic eq to do this to some of the profiles).

UPDATE 3: AMON AMARTH(ISH), TONE MATCH ATTEMPT
I tried to get as close to the Surtur Rising album tone as possible by using only the eq from the KPA:

Profile is tweaked for Duncan Blackouts, so ymmv.
UPDATE2: (RACKTO MORE OD9 57B and MAKO 57 PROFILES)
I put some more Mako profiles on the exchange, had some free time today.
I played around with the Freak knob, which on positions 1 & 2 cuts
mids, on 3 it's bypassed and 4 and above it boosts high mids and cuts
highs and lows.
Also added one Mesa profile as a bonus, which I think is the best one yet of my Mesa profiles.
A quick tone test (different guitar than any of my other clips, so it's not a very good comparison):

With the same guitar as the other clips:
https://soundcloud.com/nakedzen/kemper-rackto-more-od9-57b
If you're going for a metal rhythm tone, get the F2B of the Mako profiles. Anything above 4 on the freak switch starts to get too dark and middy for anything else but leads.

UPDATE: More Racktifier profiles on the exchange. (RACKTO MOOR, RACKTO MORE)
Amp was dialed in for a cutting loud live tone, so the profiles sound very raw and thin at low volumes and through headphones.
They worked great through my FRFR actives when played obnoxiously loud. A lot better than any other profile I've tried, the muffled high end and overly bassy low end are gone, that I was suffering from before.
Mics used were SM57, SM7B, Audix i5 and a Beyerdynamic M201TG. Amp was boosted with a Maxon OD9 this time.

To make them more suited for low volume playing swap the cab for Tills Mesa 009 (my fav).
Want to know more about equal loudness? Consult the Fletcher-Munson curves. In case anyone is wondering, this is how it works:
QuoteAt 60dB (music listening volume), the low end (100Hz) needs to be 20dB louder than the midrange (1kHz region) to appear to have an equal loudness.
At 100dB (live band), the low end needs to be 5dB louder than the midrange to appear to have an equal loudness.
Meaning, the low end (~100Hz) needs to be cut 15dB for live applications so that your tone doesn't sound bassy and muffled.

(RACKTO RED MOD, RACKTO ORG VIN, RACKTO FATRED, RACKTO ORG FAT)
I just uploaded a few profiles of my new 2-chan Dual Racktifier. I used the red and orange channels (bold, diodes, 6L6), unboosted and boosted with a Pigtronix Fat Drive, which is a transparent od pedal with a ton of output.
The cab I used was a Matamp Retro 2x12 with a Celestion G12K100 and an SM57 on the edge of the dust cap.
Settings on the red channel were (o'clock)
Modern mode, master 9, pres 1, bass 2, mids 3, treble 12, gain 12 (boosted) gain 2 (unboosted)
Fat Drive (1-10):
Gain 0, Tone maxed (ie. bypassed), Level 7, "less" mode
I cant remember the orange channel settings, except that it was on vintage mode, sorry.
Settings for the Mako: (o'clock)
preamp 12, gain 12, bass 10, mid 1.30, treble 12, freak bypassed, ch vol 11, pres 9, deep 3, sub 2, master 3
Fat Drive (1-10):
Gain 0, Tone maxed (ie. bypassed), Level 10, "less" mode
A really quick clip of the Mesa, no post eq apart from a high pass. This is the Red ch. w/boost:
