From 700 to 22? I don't think so.
Cliffster is just trying to spread a BS-virus in the minds of guitarists so that they percieve the KPA as inferior and actually hear a low sampling rate...
It's psychology for the retarded...

11Khz seams to be right.
When only the amp section is activatet.
With both amp and cab section activated its all fine.
Don't know why yet - but am checking.
he must find some new object for bashing , since aliasing is gone
those Fx tweakers who follow him blindly , need new, fresh blood , so he must give them something ...
I am sure he spend all last night playing with 1.6.0 , like any other regular Kemper user, by the way
From Fiscal Cliff to Fractal Cliff.
It must be the name. And it is always about the money.
All is fine with the KPA.
If I only use the amp block (clean setting) then I get this.
(input frequency from generator -> output show on spectrum analyser)
(All in kHz)
6-> 6 &16
8 -> 8 &14
10 -> 10 & 12
11 -> 11
12 -> 10 & 12
14 -> 8 & 14
20 -> 2 & 20
If I use the cab block in addition (high shift +5, Low shift -5, Character -5)
Then the output signal is the input signal - up to 20khz (I did not check above)
All is fine with the KPA.
Now, that's a SHOCK!!
Can't I just let my ears tell me that the kemper sounds better than the axe?
Hope it´s known, what frequencies guitar speakers work! I also do not care if anyone passes gas on the moon!
I'm late to this party, but has anyone considered that a typical guitar amp has a usable frequency response that doesn't go beyond 7kHz?
Who cares what Cliff says.... All I know is I'm getting the best guitar sounds I've ever achieved in 25 years of playing.. With minimum tweaking !! The Kemper is top class !

Thank you Deny.
If I was Cliff i wouldnt be commenting on competing products thats very unprofessional!!!!! I would be focusing on making my product the best it can be with slagging of other products. It good to have competion in the business world i think so anyway

If I was a KPA owner & user (oops, I actually am), I would give a **** what random thoughts some random person writes in some random forum. And I wouldn't discuss these frequent burps here.
Just sayin'

I have 3 more amps left .
Should I bring them to amp tech and measure their frequency ?
(so he can tell me if I can play them or not ???)
Also, I can tell you in all 3 of them I HAVE aliasing ...
...if I allow some moron to play with amp buttons

Like whats was in a post earlier you dont see Mr Gibson ripping in to Mr Fender products and how inferior they are

So FINALLY we have understood what's wrong with Cliff.
He owns a defective KPA

lol
I think we give too much attention to this. But as long as the Kemper keeps updating and getting better.....all hail competition.
I think we give too much attention to this
Yes definitely.
But look at it this way...
The FA Brothers spend their free time with the shortcomings of the KPA...
