Hi,
Is the ticket system (via the contact form) working?
I submitted a ticket at the weekend and didn't even get an autoreply. The live chat on the main website also said, that there is no ticket with my mail adress.
I did this with an email adress where i manage the mail server so i could browse through my mail logs and nothings shows up...
Today I submitted a second ticket, this time with a icloud-mail adress just to be sure. Still no autoreply that my ticket was opened or something like this.
Is this the normal procedure? If so, I would recommend to change it and at least respond with an autoreply that states that my mail was recieved. Maybe add the ticket number and a copy of the message that was submitted.
Edit: I know, that I sound like I'm impatient and I'm sorry for that
