Kemper profiler stage xlr problem

Hello, I have a problem with my Kemper Profiler Stage, , it was purchased in Sweatwather, United States. My problem is the following: the main XLR outputs stopped working, all the other outputs continued to work perfectly, including the main 1/4 outputs. I factory reset the software and the problem persisted. Trying it with a mixer, the outputs gain almost zero and on the one hand, specifically the right output with more volume than the left, I would like to know if I have any type of solution since I live in Costa Rica

Try "Init.Globals", this will reset the output settings to Factory. If the problem persist, open a Support ticket

If I already did a factory reset and the problem persisted, I hope support can help me since I live outside the United States

Please open a support ticket, they can help you. Maybe it is a hardware issue
