Did you checked different USB sticks?

You can try to use a acoustic amp profile. Or you deactivate the amp/speaker block and use only compressor, chorus, reverb.

Thank you Kemper for your work☺️🥳

Hello
It's changed to 4 lights now. Support told me to try and update via USB and I'm still having no luck
I'm not evens sure how I'd get a diagnostics file! It doesn't connect to anything
Get in contact with the support again

It's not in the actual OS. It was accidentally in the beta. But I think in future it will come.
(But there is not official statement)

They will be available when they are announced. Could be in the near feature because they released one OS for Player and Stage/Head/Rack.
-
In the public release os the tone stacks are gone 🥲

Kemper Support #1 Burkhard do you know at which voltage the DC-DC converter has the best efficiency factor?
9 or 12 Volt?
Maybe this would be interesting for power bank users...
-
Which voltage value did you use?

Is there something in particular I need to do in order to get liquid profiles on my Kemper Power Rack? Is there something I have to download? Thanks.
When you have installed the latest official Os version installed.
Then you need a liquid profile.
There are currently three rig packs of liquid profiles to download for free.
You can also use a normal profile and in the amp section, selecting a tone stacks. On normal profiles the tone stack is "Kemper generic"

IIRC the Bassmann was the only one....or not?
I saw some ampeg tone stacks

I’m still on 11.0.1 which predates the Player.
I don’t see any stacks for bass.
It was beta .2 or.3

This release OS 11.1.6 beta ?

Hi,
I just installed KPP OS 11.1.6.44274B which is released today.
I think I've found a bug.
I noticed that sometimes on a cold boot the monitor left and right volumes are wrong. The left channel is lower on volume.
The way to solve this is to set Monitor Out to Master Mono and back to Master Stereo.
Then both channels have equal volume again.
However, I don't know how to reproduce the problem other than to switch off an on (Monitor Out set to Master STereo).
The problem does not occur on each cold boot.I just want to report this.
Is this bug known?

I hear ya, but i dont use it on the computer, only live.
Do you have in your live setting in ear monitoring?
In my opinion it's the best with Kemper. You get the same tone at home and on stage. No micing up the amp and no loud stage volume. And Sound engineers will love you
