Using Kemper rack with 2 FRFR units and sending a mono line to FOH?

I have a gig coming up this weekend with a 9-piece band and plan on using my Kemper with 2 FRFR units while sending a mono signal to the soundman. How do most people approach this? Thanks!

Mains set to Master Mono.

For mono monitoring, Monitor out then use the pass through on one of the FRFR.

Stereo - monitor out and direct out.

Monitor Stereo option to pair MONITOR OUT with DIRECT OUT as a stereo output

Which cable do you normally use for your monitor out to FRFR? Is it just a standard 1/4" TS unbalanced to XLR (male)?

MONITOR OUT and DIRECT OUT/SEND 1 are unbalanced TS.

The other side depends on the inputs of your powered speaker.
