My friend have a problem with all output on kemper stage. sound is clipping on clean and distorted signal. We set main mono out to -12 and logic get -18 db and clipping sound. If we connect via usb sound is good and loud. can it be something with soft or with he unit hardware?

no, and I’ve tried to adjust clean sense, it doesn’t effect sound. Also changed output to Di and it was clipping too.

Check the sound from the Kemper’s headphone Out. If the sound is OK on headphones you will then know that the sound at source is not the problem. Assuming this is OK. Next move to connecting your monitors directly to the Kemper Main Outs and Monitor Outs. If these sound OK you can rule out hardware malfunction at the Kemper and move to testing each other part of the signal chain.

headphones out is clipping too. The only way to get a good sound is to connect via usb.

OK , sounds like the issue is with the KPA itself. You need to raise a ticket with support. I am sure they will help you get to the bottom of it. Although it might be worth doing a system reset first.
