My original Profiler toaster has been used only a few times since I first got it in late 2016 (and hasn't been switched on since 2018), and I've never updated anything on it. I assume that I have to install some interim firmware before updating it to the newest version, if other devices I've had in the past are any indication. Is that the case? Mine appears to be running Release 4.0.6. 12421. Could someone let me know what I need to do to update it? I assume I can't really back stuff up first as well, since my computer OS's are all far too modern for any original editor at this point, I would imagine.
