I remember let's say 1 year back and before - when I sent an email, I got response email from Kemper support team with ticket number. No matter if I sent an email to support@kemper-amps.com or used contact page - https://www.kemper-amps.com/contact.
Since some time I was not getting any confirmation, not knowing my issue reached support team and was under investigation.
I sent one issue few minutes ago and didn't get any email (I checked SPAM folder).
Is your experience similar in this area?
