I have an expression pedal connected via my Remote in port 3 which I have set as my Volume pedal in the System settings. However, I would like to be able to use this interchangeably to control morphing state. How can I do this?

One wah pedal to be shared for volume and pedal pitch effects
There is no way to combine Morph and Volume Pedal as this would imply logical conflicts. Therefore, in this setup Morphing can only be triggered via the Remote’s buttons - either Rig Buttons 1-5, or via customization of one of theLOOPER, TUNER or TAP buttons. Alternatively, you could connect an additional external switch and assign the Morph function to it. We will cover the subject of external switches soon.
The one pedal then needs to be set-up as a wah pedal. The PEDAL 5 input is already prepared for it by default. How to connect and calibrate has been already explained in the example Four Pedals: Luxury. Then select “WahPedal>Volume” and “WahPedal >Pitch” on the Pedal Links page in System Settings.

I think your only option is another expression pedal.

… or opportunistically morphing another volume parameter in a Rig e.g. Rig Volume or Amp Volume.
