Or two. What would it be? Analog Chorus? Univibe? In my case I already have a Cockfight (could probably get rid of it) and a Blackstar HT-5 Dual (I like it too much to ditch.)
Let the games begin!

I’m not a stomp guy so it wouldn’t be a big issue for me but if I really wanted to go the extra mile and use a stomp because I just can’t get the KPA to sound right it would be a good Vibe pedal. Try as I might I’ve never been able to get the KPa vibe to sound anywhere close to my Roger Mayer Voodoo Vibe.

This is interesting. So then you can remote the pedal and turn it on and off with Kemper remote? No issues?

No issues. I switch the loop with one of the I-IV buttons.
Robotalk maybe?

No idea what that is but I’m intrigued enough to go find out
Freqout no question. Unique pedal and hours of fun!

Huh! That's really interesting. I've got an old Steinberger that has a Sustainiac built in, but I've been thinking about doing the same thing for my old G&L, but I love the sound of its neck pickup. (Though the Sustainiac as a neck pickup as surprisingly good) This looks like an excellent solution!

One thing I noticed a long time ago... probably early digital pedal days... I think with the Line 6 modulation box, was that my pedals (I think at the time a Phase 90) would suck a lot of lows and a bit of presence out and maybe give a bit of upper mid range bump. The Line6 and most digital effects I’ve used since, don’t do that. They just give you some platonic ideal of what the effect is doing. That’s my take on it. The Kemper is guilty of that too. Sometimes, that is awesome, but I hear you. You miss out on that effect that really helps bring out that vintage “vibe.” (Pun definitely intended.) I find that if I I put the Kemper’s lead booster, or sometimes one of the equalizers, before the modulation effect, you can get a lot closer to that vintage sort of vibe. It doesn’t work if it goes after. I love the sound of the Voodoo Vibe... but I’m not sure if for me personally it would be worth the money and floor space. Maybe I should just bite the bullet...
Part of the issue for me with the Kemper Vibe compared to the Voodoo Vibe is actually the wave shape. The Kemper doesn't have the same flow to it and it doesn't have the ability to change to different wave types and control the symmetry of those.
Yep, Freqout in my loop too. Perfect to generate a little feedback coolness when on iems with zero stage volume. Love it.
Crap. Just when I thought I was done buying toys, I watch a video on Freqout.
Are you guys using it in momentary, or does it do a good enough job on auto to set it to fire and forget?
Also have used a TC Electronic Mimiq (double tracker effect) in the stereo loop for acoustic gigs too with great results.
The Kemper is amazing, but it has nothing onboard that can do the cool specialty things the Mimiq or Freqout can, so sticking the real things in the FX loop is the easiest solution for now.... I reeeealy hope that changes though with a future KPA FW treat of some sort.

I stay in performance mode on the KPA, so have the Freqout engaged and set to Auto all the time (momentary Off) but only have the loop (ie, freqout) activated on ganier patches. Works like a dream and sounds natural as long as you dont go too mental with the pedals settings or want perfect 10 sec feedback swells etc. Can get a wee bit erratic and almost synth like at that length!

I'm already mental, I don't need to spend money for that.
I'm fairly new to the Kemper so I haven't gotten into some areas of the manual. If the loop can be automatically tied to performances, that's perfect. Shopping for a new band before shopping for more gear, but I suspect Freqout is going to end up in my loop. Very freqin' cool.

Momentary for me AND used very sparingly - it turns heads! I do put it first in the chain i.e. before the KPA. To me, it responds better that way. As to remote switching, I'll report back when I have made suitable modifications.

Source Audio Kingmaker fuzz for me. It can do a few fuzztones that the Kemper still can't quite nail, for me.
Great pedal but I'd much rather not have to use it.
