The ability to create sub folders and move/store relevant profiles within them would be extremely useful.

CheersAgree. Since many profiles are just diffferent versions of the same thing this would be helpful.

haha, I was just about to try 20 profiles that I just downloaded, I created a folder on the usb stick (from PC) in the "shared" folder named "Todays Profiles" and then realised that it wont work... hopefully one day it will

+1 for this.
Having just one huge list is not ideal!
-
Especially having to dial all the way to the newest profiles on start-up is a drag.. So +1

if you limit the list to for instance an author, you will get something like a sub folder. it is not the same but it might help. also, we appreciate authors deleting older version of profiles (or at least make them invisible for public) when they decide to post an updated version.
we will work on rig exchange, it's a great tool and deserves improvements. we are immensely impressed with the amount and overall quality of the user profiles in there. thanks you guys!

+300 (which is about how many profiles I had to dial through). A way to organize and also easier movement through the profiles, like paging 20 at a time, easy way to get from the front to the back and vice versa, etc.

Hope we get a fix for this in the next update!

Rig navigation needs some serious help, folders would help. -
that's an old thread
RigManager supports subfolder.
additionally, the available view filters - sort by date, sort by author, favourites and non-favourites - already give the user many options.
