I just realized a lot of my favorite technology is German

Just as german as Eberhard Anheuser and Adolphus Busch … and Frederick Miller (Friedrich Eduard Johannes Müller)

there we go And you haven't even mentioned Tokio Hotel.
But in exchange we've offered refuge for The Hoff -
The Scorpions. Accept. Anyone with the last name "Schenker".

Hang on... we've strayed from technology to artists, which is technically-off-topic.
Beer, OTOH, is always on-topic, even here, thanks to the wonderful technology that is fermentation.
Containers, thermostats, tubes(!), valves(!)... love it!
EDIT:
I'd assume that the German-made plumbing is the best, if not close to it, based on the fact that my 48 years of being involved in aquaristics has taught me that German hardware, be it filtration, heating, lighting, CO2 delivery systems, PH regulation and other monitoring technology, is simply the best... and most-expensive, bar none. -
Yeah - I'm running Presonus Studio One, a Behringer mixer, Sennheiser headphones and microphones, my Kemper amp, and EV speakers. Was using a Bogner amp before.
My Miele vacuum was also made there and is awesome.

Absolutely not! Nothing beats a Kirby! The Germans lag far behind in vacuum cleaner technology!
-
What? I can't hear you over my Kirby that I took a mortgage out for.

I bought mine for $150 on Craigslist after the sales guy vacuumed my carpet and tried to sell me a new one for a couple thousand dollars. It was even the same model.
We had a Miele before that, and at least it's better than a Dyson (shudder).
No, my friend. Kirbys absolutely rule.

On the subject of vacuum cleaners, I have a Bosch. Now where's the facepalm icon? -
Dont forget my area of natural medicine....In 1938 German researchers used hydrogen peroxide to treat colds and flu with much success but their research has been all but ignored...the Germans do much more than good gear , has worked like a charm for years.

It's essentially an oxygen boost.
Tough to go wrong with oxygen...
