Very cool! It looks like you've nailed it. Have a great tour!
-
Top Stuff...I have something similar for my festival appearances...although I suspect my audience is probably 100th of yours
-
Nice!
And interesting to hear that you found your Kemper housing on the german market:) -
Any audience is a good audience!

I keep my list of places I’ve played that The Beatles played... that’s always cool for me.
And Hollywood Bowl is definitely on that list. -
Cool!

The original Cavern? Then I’d be jealous!
I try to make it a point whenever we play the Hammersmith Apollo (Odeon) to burst out of the rear doors and yell “we’re out!”

When we play at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, we always yell “Hello, Cleveland!”

I played the KAISERKELLER in Hamburg a few weeks ago.
Some history for you:
This was the 2nd club the Beatles played when they had their engagement beginning from August 1960.
The first club was the INDRA only a few houses away from the KAISERKELLER which was frequented mainly by prostitutes and their customers.
The Beatles played there every night, 4.5 hours during the week and 6 hours on weekends.
But after complaints of neighbors because of noise pollution due to the loud and rough character of their
shows the INDRA had to be closed and the Beatles relocated to the Kaiserkeller.
They played there for another 58 nights (partly in turns with "Rory Storm & The Hurricanes" who had Ringo Starr as their drummer (Pete Best being the Beatles' drummer at that time).
Then they had to leave Germany (George Harrison even had to leave a few days earlier because aged 17 he was considered too young to work in nightclubs).
The Beatles returned to Hamburg 5 months later in 1961 to play the Top Ten Club from April to July , and had another return to Hamburg in 1962 to play the Star Club for 7 weeks from April on, and another 2 weeks in December (playing together with Little Richard). -
Interesting.
I’ve played Hamburg but never there.
Is THAT the original location? The Reeperbahn isn’t nearly as seedy as it used it be!

Yes, the location is original AFAIK.
The Top 10 Club is a Pizza Hut nowadays, unfortunately. -

Yes the original, not the Cavern Club which is on the other side of the street. Also check out a new book written by my wifes Mum's cousin called pre:fab four...its about the quarry men told by Colin Hanton, the original drummer...

When we play at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, we always yell “Hello, Cleveland!”
I always shout "Evening Wembley"...although never played there
