Hi, my name is Rafael, i'm from Brazil, i'm a owner of a Kemper Rack unit, i bought it 6 months ago when i was visiting a friend in USA, i used it normally for every weekend playing in church, but last Sunday, I turn it ON and there is no Input signal, the Input LED does not light, I've tried the alternative input and it works normally, it's just the front Input that does not working properly, i already made the firmware update, and already made the factory reset, but no success, as it's almost impossible to me to get it shipped abroad to repair, I hope you guys can have some tip, or some information about other cases like this, so I can call my electronic technician to try solve this problem, it seems to be something easy to solve, because everything works normally, just the front input is not getting signal. Hope you can help me with this situation, thanks.

OK, just checking....you definitely used the front input right, not the headphone output eh!!
You wouldn't be the first, ask me how I know that

Sure friend, I already made this mistake before, but now i really used the Front Input Jack, and I set the Input setup properly, when i set the input source to Alternative input, things goes normal, but when i set the input source to Front Input, there is no Sound going to the kemper, even the tuner does not work.

The front input over-rides the rear( alternative) input.
Maybe you tried this already, but what happens if you select the rear but then plug into the front? -
right, i tried this but i get no sound as well, the stranger is it was working normally one day before, so next day, i just get no sound anymore. I already open it to see inside, but nothing is wrong apparently, maybe i can post some pictures, if you guys have a better look than me.

Are you using a regular tip/sleeve mono guitar cable?

yes, regular TS instrument cable. The Kemper was working normally, so on the next day, no signal input, even the Input LED does not light.

In that case, I suggest you open a Support Ticket on the kemper-amps website.

Did you do as Paul suggested, or just sent emails?
Kemper Amps support is usually quite good.
As I previously mentioned to you, do you know if it is still under warranty...3 years transferrable I think....one of the best in the industry.

Not possible that you accidentally turned the noise gate all the way up?

already checked the noise gate...
i just turned it ON, with no settings change, just the standard way as i has always used before.

My brand new Kemper had this problem when I first got it.
Turned out that the board that holds the input socket had come loose from its seating. had to have it repaired.
have you bumped or dropped the unit at all?
