At -24, and at - 36, the note flutters.
Is there a possibility to improve this ?

Buy a bass guitar.
SCNR.
Sorry, maybe my English is too bad, but i wanted to say that the stability of the note is not good at -24 -36.
With my zoom G9, i seem to recall it didn't do that !

Maybe the Kemper is more sensitive?
Maybe, but for me it's an issue.
I found an interesting organ sound for one of song, but this instability is a little redhibitory and gives an unnatural side.
That is quite an extreme pitch shift and a lot of processors would struggle with that. I find that the pitch works better after the amp section.
My Eventide H8000 would STRUGGLE severely with that level of shift. You're asking too much of KPA I'm sorry to say.
The current nature of pitch shift is using time delay and when it's that wide the 'trick' is exposed.
In my experience no shifter on the market can do convincingly what you're asking. One day hopefully but not yet.
