So, after upgrading to new firmware 3.3.0.11973 every time I turn on the amp I get "Configuration Issue Detected. Date/Time not set" dialog asking me to press OK.
Date/time in the profiler is fine.

Same exact problem for me. It happen when the Rig Manager is already running.
Did you try...
- Restoring the factory settings?
- Rolling back to previous OS and reinstalling?
- Opening a support ticket?
I did all the three, still not solved
Yep, the new RM can set the date on the Profiler and the process might be buggy ATM.
I consider same effect.
I have read some where here - its a Bug and will be fixed with the new version.

Yep - it's not really a problem.
In my opinion a matter of the difference is between internal time of KPA and time of the connected computer .
My KPA shows it sometimes twice a day becaus the time differs very much (approx 10 min per day)
I had the same issue and contacted support. They confirmed that it is a bug and will be fixed in the next update. Just push the soft button for OK and go on about your business.
It happened to me after first reboot after installation. Checked the date time was correct. Never came up again. Strange
