The bottom for the tuner on my pedal is'n working. Any body els had that problem? Brought it from Thomann, but the told me to contact Kemper. Really bad service from Thomann. I can hear that the bottom is not clicking the same way as the other bottons, but Thomann still wanted me to contact Kemper right away "we don't think it's a hardware problem".

If you have not calibrated your pedal in the KPA, that may be the issue.
The instructions are in the KPA manual.

Huh?
If you bought it from Thomann, I thought they were obligated to take care of it.
Conversely, if it IS a soft/firmware problem or whatever, then it can probably be fixed much quicker. Give it a shot, can't hurt (other than potentially delaying the fix ).

I can't find anything about calibration in the user manual. I have the Profiler Remote pedal, an it was behaving like this from the start.

Yes, one would like to think that, and that Thomann took better care of their customers. I hope that it is a software problem, but since the bottom don't sound like the other once, I think it is a hardware problem.

I would still contact kemper support

I had a hard time to figure out what you mean by bottom...
You meant to say switch, right?
Actually it's Thomann's obligation to change your unit if it's a hardware failure (as it seems to be).
Just contact support to exclude a software problem first.
I think this is only a misunderstanding.
I'm a long- time Thomann customer, and their support has always been stellar! -

It is a realistic advice. The Kemper support will give you the information, wether the can give you remote help or they will tell you to send it to thomann. They react nomal very quicky and with more background than Thomann.
If you send to Thomann , tell them the ticket number from kemper support. It will help everybody. -

I'm a long- time Thomann customer, and their support has always been stellar!I agree, I've never had any problems with Thomann giving anything but excellent hassle free service. I've sent stuff backwards and forwards UK/Germany quicker than most UK dealers respond!

I have good experience with Thomann too many times over the years.
