Looks damn pretty, would have been a shame to beat that thing up. What pups are those? Stock, or did you mod it?
I was really gassing for a Jackson USA 8-string model, but I think I have narrowed down on something I like more. If I do pick it up, I'll make sure to put up some pictures... Otherwise it didn't happen!

all pick ups have EMG81 in them (esp 7 string has an EMG817). the Jackson has the stock Jackson pick ups and not gonna lie, they sound fantastic! i was gonna switch them out for some duncan invaders but decided to keep them because they sound THAT good.

That's interesting! Any idea what kind of pickups they are other than OEM? What is the exact model of that Jackson?

That's a made in China guitar? Wow!

China makes quality stuff. Off course if you want to buy 100$ guitar from China it won't be perfect. But as for now, you get what you pay for in my opinion, when it comes to things produced in China.
Look at HUAWEI phones as a reference.

They're not really renowned for guitars, though I have seen some Chinese clones of guitars that look like the real deal.
I guess things are changing. I recall that the JS guitars used to be made in India originally.
The finishing on that axe looks great and as @ohcrapitskurt said, it's his go-to guitar, so that's quite something, considering some of the other guitars in his pic.
Tee minus 1 and counting...
Got this beast the other day.

This is my latest axe, Brent Hinds Epihone with Lace Hammerclaws. Very hot pickups.
Check it in action here (using Kemper profile):
The latest and definitely my last guitar purchase for a while.

It's a Strandberg Made In Sweden Custom Shop guitar. Pretty much standard with a few options, namely Swamp ash body with walnut top. Seymour Duncan Pegasus and Sentient pickups. 26.5"-28" fanned fret scale. Roasted maple neck.
The thing literally weighs 2.5kg. Unbelievably light. And I know a lot of the guys here don't like headless guitars, but just look at the shape of this thing: very space age.
Brother you know i love you but "definitely my last guitar purchase for a while." Stop swearing !!!!! all as you need now is a bullet belt made of beer bottles and this guitar would look bad ass

Indeed, I do believe I said that about the last two guitars I posted.
Oh well, I am giving two of my axes to my brothers, so I suppose it's early karma for me to get another one before I ship them out.
Hello guys!
My Les R59 "Don Felder"
Have a nice day!
