In tha last few days my Kemper is very slow. I press a button but it has a delay of about 5 o 6 seconds. It is like when your computer has the RAM full. You press many keys and after a while it begins to perform all those actions. It is almost useless.
Any idea about what can it be?
How can I reinstall the OS?
ISSUE: Kemper slow...very slow

Do you have any floorboard connected to your KPA / or you are using some midi interface to your PC? You can try switch on the unit holding the system key.

No MIDI, no USB...nothing different from other times.
Swicthing on while pressing SYSTEM wouldnt load factory default?? -
No only reset the system state. If you want full factory reset make your backup first:
Attention!!
You will loose all your content and settings!!!!!:
1. Turn off KPA hold soft 1 button
2. Turn on KPA to Tuner mode holding soft 1
3. enter recovery with soft 1
4. Press soft 3 Init&Factory Content
5. press soft 2 for yes. -
I would contact support about this issue. I've never heard of a Kemper going slow

Make a backup and contact support! Attach the backup ... maybe that helps to spot the problem.

I'm still suffering this issue. Sometimes it is slower, sometimes faster even up to 5 second until it responses. I did all the reinit, upgrades, downgrades...
THERE is a curious fact: When the kemper is being feeded, reamping or playing guitar (Input led green), it works perfectly.
I dont know if sending it to repair due to shipping costs and keep it this way. It is kinda annoying but not a matter of life or death.Any feedback on sending the kemper to support?
Anyone experimenting this issue?PD: I forgot to mention, sometimes when turning on the unit, it says somethink like: "hardware issue, contact support"

Not sure but I recently read about an issue with the internal battery and a loose DSP chip or motherboard. Did you check this? Or maybe you can find the threads about these issues...

mmh... interesting. I also thought abut the lithium battery. Will open the unit and see what I find inside...maybe a racoon ate some cables.

You should never open the Profiler unless you are a certified service technician. Doing so will void your warranty.
If you get the message that a hardware problem was detected and that you should contact support you should exactly do that and not attempt to apply any repair yourself.
