I'm traveling and on a sound check I tried to turn on my Kemper, it doesn't turn on completely and shows a message reading "updating panel firmware".
I haven't update my Kemper for a while so I don't know why is this showing.

Try this. Put the FW in the root folder not the update folder. Turn your kemper on while holding the 2 page buttons down. I had this issue once and this cured it. Let us know if you get sorted

Since you're travelling there is a chance something got loose inside the Profiler.
Shouldn't be a big deal to open it up and check connections, especially cables and this little board: -
be sure to have some electronics skills when doing this! I'd advise you to contact support first, before anything will be damaged. Lightbox is probably right, in the sense that there will be probably some loose contact inside: either the CPU board (as shown on the photo), *or* the connector between the frontpanel and the baseboard.
but: contact support first ! -
I did try the USB thing, but I tried it on a normal USB (Fat32, NOT formatted with Kemper) and it didn't work. I can't format the usb cause it doesn't start.
Can I open without loosing warranty?

Can I open without loosing warranty?
Officially: No
But there's no seal or some other means to tell if the device had been opened (other than the look of the screws).
If you're on the road and depend on the Profiler, then I wouldn't worry about warranty to much. Most important is to get it running again. And as kpahuitsing already pointed out, be careful with electronics. If you're unsure, try to get someone with basic knowledge about electronics. You won't have to solder anything. Just have the unit grounded and touch the metal frame first before you start touching the electronics inside. then check the connections (with some care). Don't use a hammer or a pipe wrench. -
But as kpahuitsing is a Kemper official please follow his advice to ok it with support before opening the unit.
@kpahuitsing: maybe you should make official that you're official.

... and this is official

officially

Not superficial, but official....

Well, thank you again for the good support, my unit is already in Germany to get fixed. I will let everyone know the progress.
-
Well, it's fixed and in my home again, ready to rock. Thank you Kemper for being fast.

Shouldn't be a big deal to open it up and check connections, especially cables and this little board:i just opened my devide that was bugging from time to time, barely touched this piece, removed a piece of wire that was touching it and... bam.. problem solved!!! JESUS CHRIST I BARELY TOUCHED IT JUST TWISTED A LITTLE!
