Totally confused idiot newbie questions, please bare with me

I had a look at rig manager. I get the impression that I am browsing some 5000 rigs in a cloud on the web and it seems I can play them all. I am stumped! How does that happen?
I would really like to edit stuff in my local rigs, but it seems I can´t.

By double clicking on a rig you load it in a buffer. That's why.

Well, it's not an editor.

If you click on the "My Profiler" view, you CAN edit the Rig Names of the rigs in your Kemper, and add information to the Tags for the rigs.
