During the last weeks I get the impression that (after some critical posts on this forum) the Kemper Team seems to chime in more often on threads. That's great, thanks a lot! I really appreciate this and it's a good example for interaction between a company and its customers.

I'd like to add though, that in a critical situation you should not hesitate to contact the Kemper support team directly.
Burkhard, Timo and Manfred are extremely helpful and amazingly responsive even at 'impossible' times and I'd like to thank them for that!! -

Agreed, absolutely.I recently had an issue with my KPA. I am located in Canada, and the help and support I got from Burkhard and Matthew in solving my problem was absolutely flawless.
Kudos to the Kemper team.
