No KFC for Musikmesse then, as quoted by CK today -

Dam!!!!! that means ive still got to use my FCB1010 with horrible lag for a long lime yet
But at least CK chimed in so we know not to get our hope up for it being released soon.
Weird.
I'l look into a damn Pod HD500 in order to have a backup and a midi FC.
no problem !
I will still enjoy in my prehistoric T-Rex !
!
uhm..............my actual set up, all access and two hex pedal from rocktron works like charm.
I might be the only one here but I don't regret the long waiting for the kemper PB.
The all access is damn sturdy and so are the hex pedals...........guess I will never get rid of them even if I will go with the kemper pb...........
I'm also not in a rush for the KFC.
Good things take time...
Unless it ends up having some incredibly unique features, I'm no longer interested in a FC from Kemper. The FCB1010 gives me all I need. When I upgrade my floor controller, I will likely be going the FAMC Liquid Foot route.

Will, do you not get any lag with your KPA and FCB1010

I do not experience any latency in the actual switching. I do get a fade in when moving from clean to distortion, but its quicker than I can get my foot off the switch and unnoticeable when playing in a band context as my switching happens in inconspicuous times (ie not while sustaining a chord). IMHO, the fact that it fades in hints that function is by design not a MIDI messaging issue and I'm betting the behavior will be the same with a dedicated controller.
I will continue to use the Pod HD500 as my foot controller for the Kemper for the time being. So far, it does the job pretty well for my needs.
Oh well.....it was a hope. Have to just wait it out.
Hopefully by the summer.
Not very good news...... , but I hope that Mr. Kemper and his team it,s working on a more configurable Performance mode and soon we can try it.
