Does anyone know if it is okay to have my Kemper sitting in an enclosed trailer during the heat of the day? Will it cause problems?

here are the environmental requirements as listed in the maunal:
Environmental Requirements
Operating temperature: 5° to 45° C (41° to 113° F)
Non-operating temperature: −20° to 47° C (−4° to 116° F)
Relative humidity: 5% to 95% non-condensing
Maximum altitude: 2000 m (6560 feet) -
i am thinking about moving - new place is at about 8000 feet. Any thoughts?

Maximum altitude: 2000 m (6560 feet)Presumably this is an operating requirement only? People tour with these, and a commercial plane could be travelling at 30,000 feet. Any safe transport requirements re altitude?

I never noticed the altitude requirement. Doesn't really seem sensible, but I would like to know why. Anecdotely, I have have regularly used mine above the spec, even up to ~11000 feet.. Never had a problem...

Interesting conversation and statistics. I would say anywhere a human can operate then the profiler should be able to operate.
Some examples;
A parked car in Texas can reach 130*F. A human could survive that for a few minutes. However, the car's radio doesn't seem phased by it.
Top of Mt. Everest is 29,000 feet and about 6*F. You could survive playing "Cold as Ice" by Foreigner, and then you are done.
Just stay away from mountains and volcanoes.
