Kemper Unable to Connect To Rig Manager

    Hey guys,

    I was hoping someone can help me.

    I am trying to connect my Kemper PowerRack to Rig Manager, but it is not connect at all. I have updated Rig Manager and it is the latest version 3.5, and my my laptop currently has Windows 11.

    I have 3 USB A Ports I can plug this into, and I did see in the forum 2021 someone was struggling to connect, and saw to review the device manager. But I cannot find this at all. I have reinstalled Rig Manager, and I have restarted my computer.

    Has anyone fixed this problem before?

    Hey man, yeah I tried the USB Cable. I tried it on two separate midi keyboards and still not working.

    I have updated the rack using the USB Method so it definitely has the latest profile. But it is still not connecting :/

    This is no Rig Manager issue. Your Windows doesn't even see the PROFILER. Attached the entries that should appear. Either the cable is defective or the PROFILER is switched off.

    Instead of trying that cable with other devices, can you try another cable plugged between PROFILER and Windows PC?
