the warehouse is busy processing and shipping all incoming orders in chronological order. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking link. Thank you for your patience.

I could not find any email from you in our ticket system. Did you receive the auto-response emails that the system generates as soon as a ticket is opened?

I ordered mine on the 19th just minutes after it was availbale on the website and got a receipt from paypal that payment had been made to sales@kemper-digital.com...haven't heard anything since..
..and just a minute ago i got an email saying my order has shipped:)
