I have the new m1 mac that have two thunderbolt port. I use a usb hub. Everything work fine except for the kemper. It's impossible to connect to my computer, it says that my computer don't have a stable connection. I tried using the other port with a smaller hub and it didn't work. Thanks for the help.

I have had that issue in the past with a USB hub. When I connect directly to my iMac everything works well.

I am running an actual 14" MacBook Pro with M1, and using a small Belkin-7-in-1-Multiport-USB-C-Hub.
No general issue with connection to my Kemper - the Belkin dock works pretty fine.
Only thing is: .... if my MacBook goes to sleep during a short break, it losts connection to the Kemper after wake-up.
But had the same issue before with a MacBook Air with USB 2.0 directly plugged in .....

I vaguely remember reading that the Kemper should never be used thru a hub. Direct connection only. But I dont see it mentioned in the manual. So maybe I am just insane
