How to fix it? By contacting support.
If you know already which Performance it is, perhaps copy a backup of that Perofrmance into Rig Manager, then delete it and recreate a new Performance from scratch.
I don't know which performance it is I have put a support ticket in.
Starting up with RIG button on rebuilds the database (Rigs and Performances) so problem now fixed Thanks to Burkhard Dinnies from Kemper Support for that one.
