I'd choose the smaller one.

7 cms spacing between buttons ? (from center to center of button )
That's the standard.

Is the looper button for a phrase looper, which will be implented?
I just assumed that was an on/off switch for the FX loop. Are there actually plans to implement a looper?? If so, I'd want to see several switches dedicated to the looper, or two at minimum. How much RAM is available to delay etc in the Kemper? In other words, how long of a loop duration is even feasible? -

on another note...will the pedal board be powered from the KPA or will i have to use another power supply?
As for it's being powered by the Kemper - if it's not, then battery power is a must. I'd never buy a floorboard that required a seperate run to AC Mains. -
I prefer the Larger one..
Too small can get complex when in the dark on stage!

the large one, please !!!!!!
-
Of course the larger one!!!
-
I would also prefer the larger one.
One Suggestion still. Though i feel really bad about this, the trend seems to go into the direction that the controller wont have built in expression pedals. It there would be any addon expression pedals available from the manufacturer of the foot controller, could you please design the foot controller and the expression pedals in a way that you could simply attach the expression pedals to the side of the foot controller? Like with a small sliding rail at the side. This would greatly improve the stabilty on stage. I really hate the loose expression pedals on stage.

I go for bigger

Another vote for the smaller one.

Larger one by far!
Dedicated knobs and better access to bank and loop & tap switches at the price of 7 cm!
-
the smaller one

Small for me
for addon expression pedals, very good idea

I vote for the larger one.
If price is the same, definitely would prefer the bigger one.
