What purpose would that serve?
Maybe to see if it actually sounds remotely like the amp you are buying the profile of?

More samples up today...so check them out if interested in the amp.
5 more to go before its all done.
Thanks for the audio samples, and for all of your work.
Great job with these! Will definitely pick up the jcm800, Mark II & Triple Recto profiles. Any info on the cab/mic(s) setups you used for those profiles in particular?

Hey FC.
Marshalls were captured with 3 mics, 57 on far bottom right of speaker off axis, 3inches from grill, TC30 up front and off center, to capture full air, with a 121 or 87 (cant rem which I used without looking) - in the rear with the back unscrewed to capture the low end. but with the main focus on the TC30.
Speakers in the Marshall were G12 Greenbacks x2 and 2 Blackbacks, I changed them before going to studio so I can capture and mix the sound.
I think the Mesa's used the same cabs, but with a 421 mic instead of a 57.
Cheers for the info Andy. Loving the clarity in those clips. They're bright but the mids are smooth, with no harsh fizz spikes. Great stuff.
Well Finally
All Audio demos are up now for every amp.
Go check them out when you have time!
Please let me know if I can do anything else to help.
Thanks
Andy
I'm almost done cleaning up in my Kemper. Back to 267 profiles (from 800). Next week I'll pick up the pack....and then I can start again....
I have bought the 800,Mesa MKII and /13//very cool
One thing I do not understand is why that ton of reverb (50%) everywhere ?

Hey Bruno, well Reverb is a taste thing, you can dial it in or out as you want
I like a bit of verb when playing alone, and none when I play live.

Yeah of course but 50% is a A LOT of reverb
Ah!.. but inside the setting of the reverb you will find alternative settings, so the 50% is actually more like about 20% (ignore the mix knob) thats general, the settings are within the reverb itself thats important
You can have the mixKnob at 100% and only get a tiny bit of verb..depending on the settings used
I went to a lot of bother to replicate the actual amps reverb on the Kemper. so settings are maybe not as they seem on the outside
Dig it its fun! (I think lol)

Is there a global reverb in the KPA? I wondered about this as when I use your profiles they have massive amounts of reverb on them. Obviously I can turn this down but I wondered if there was a global control and if you were using it? Just a thought as I am not near my KPA now.

Yes, is there: push and hold reverb and the push Lock....
I sent the FullPack holders an email this morning with some important information.
Please can you check your Junk/Spam folder in your email client, as it might be in that!.
Many thanks
Andy
ok.. So I sent out a load of emails, and no-one received anything?
please check your junk or spam folders please.
Got the update, thanks. Will check them soon.
Also want to say, that I really like your profiles, so keep on going!
Got it, Andy! TY
Had not time to check it out yet. Will get back to you later (tomorrow).
Hendrik
Andy are these 'raw' versions the same as disabling the eq and reverb on the originals?
The original profiles inside the downloaded files are the Raw version, that are lightly tweaked. - so you can dial in the tone you are after.
The EQ on all the originals is put there and active for those that have lower output pups.. (but no EQ is set) just a volume raise.
And reverb, well you can set that as you want obviosuly
However, im now doing a Tweaked pack thats free to everyone thats purchased them already. - I dont have to do this, I just find that I'd rather offer a good service and be supportive as much as I can.
