Thanks ST, I re-calibrated the pedal and changed all the TRS cables out, it seems like it is back to normal with a slight volume drop but that might be my hearing getting worse. At least the tone is back and it only happened the one time. I think it might have been the TRS cable going to the pedal but I never checked the cable again.

I also had a similar problem for several weeks. Every once in a while when I turn on the Kemper Stage, the sound is weak, thin, fuzzy on all profiles. I then have to turn off the Stage and turn it on again to make the problem disappear. Do you have any official response to this from the Kemper team?
