SOLVED - Is there a video tutorial on how to create your own rig from empty?

The way I was used to doing it with other modeling was that I was able to browse a list of preinstalled amp heads and cabinet sims, like this...

1. Select the amp and cab. (stack)

2. Select the drive pedals. (stomps)

3. Select modulation pedals. (effects)

I want to open up an empty rig (blank) and be able to select the amp, then EQ, then cabinet from a drop down list for each. Then add the stomps and effects as needed. Then name the rig according to save.

Is there a tutorial to do it this way?

There is no such thing like "empty" rig. But you can change amp and cab whenever you want. Just save it with a new name, done.

This isn't how the Profiler works. You start with a profile, not from scratch

Probably easiest to save a Rig as a template that'll serve as an appropriate starting point for this M.O., BT.

You'll probably want to disable everything except the amp or even the amp "section" (so you can browse amps tied to their saved Cabs), and save that as a default Rig so you can take it from there.
