Since I updated RM I can't see My Profiler anymore or import rigs from All Rigs (with ENTER ) to my profiler and see it on screen.
RM 3.0.126.16324 no My Profiler visible, Local Library empty

Have you alse installed Profiler Beta OS 7.5, so RM can see your Profiler?

Hi Paults, I once updated the profiler with a beta version and ran into trouble. Is it safe now?

My apologies - I previously assumed you needed 7.5 because the Changelog indicates:
Features and changes in this version (3.0.126):
- Compatibility with Profiler OS 7.5
- UI fixes in Rig Editor
BUT, the Downloads page Also indicates:
Rig Manager 3 Release (3.0.126) for Windows
RELEASE VERSION of Rig Manager 3
KEMPER Rig Manager™ allows you to preview and manage your collection of PROFILER™ Rigs, Performances, and presets.
This version of Rig Manager should be used in combination with PROFILER OS 7.4.1 or higherSo -
Which OS version is in your Profiler? If 7.4.0 or below, you need to update to at least 7.4.1 (this is Production, not a Beta)
(if you have 7.4.0 installed, you need to update to 7.4.1 via USB stick)

My apologies to you too, Paults. Updates follow each other very rapidly. My previous OS- version was 7.3.2.16239. But I updated now to 7.4.1.17821. I have to check more often for new (Production) versions. Thanks.
But after opening RM again, still no Local Library (My Profiler). I'm sure I miss something...

If restarting both Rig Manager and your Kemper does not fix the problem, I suggest contacting Kemper Support.

I think I nailed the problem. I disconnected and connected a few times the USB-cable from the profiler to the computer and each time I get this message (in Dutch of course so I will translate..):
The last USB-device theat you connected to this computer has caused a malfunction. Windows (10) doesn't recognise the device any more.
Recommendation
Try to reconnect the device. If this still fails, the device probaly will not function properly.

If Windows does not recognise the Kemper after it is reconnected, contact Support.
