Useless piece of...equipment. FRIED. No return call from Kemper USA

  • My buddy bought two Kemper Stage units— for him and one for me. Literally used for 4 gigs and 10 rehearsals. Last rehearsal, his started power-cycling. Yes, the power cord (that came with the unit) was tightly plugged in. It fried completely. You could smell the burn. American musical.com was no help. Outside their lame 45-day return policy. They gave me a # for Kemper. Two days of calling it and all I was getting was a “full voicemail” message. I found a different # and have now left two messages. Days later, no return call. Unacceptable. Avoid this unit like the plague! There are too many other (cheaper) products out there. I gave KUSA several opportunities to respond before I posted this. As for MINE, I guess i will have to carry an amp (Dr Z) around again as a backup. Kinda defeats a lot of the purpose for buying a Stage to begin with, doesn’t it. Avoid the heartache and expense. ;(:thumbdown::cursing:<X
