Or if you send a message using https://www.kemper-amps.com/contact form? I don't get any confirmations with ticket numbers, since some time.. I checked spam folder and no reply messages there from Kemper.

I did submit something about the beta of rig manager. I got no confirmation. Never send an email to support@kemper....

I was sending mails to support@kemper-amps.com and was getting confirmation mails, but it was like year ago..
