I can't express how disappointed I am...
Contacted support already but will probably take another 24h.....

It's no big deal, mate; the unit's just in a "deep-techie-testing" mode the Kemper team uses. We end-users aren't supposed to fiddle with this, so support will instruct you on how to get things to the "normal" state the units ship in.
Welcome to the forum, and don't worry; you'll be up-and-running in no time.
Thx.
I'm still waiting for support.
Big shame they didn't put any explanation inside a box.
"If device in "deep-techie-testing" do this, this is perfectly normal, chill out"
Instead I went through instruction, after downloaded manual and went through the package again to find any information what the hell is going on.
So my first impression is really bad.
Again, I wouldn't worry as it's not an indication anything's wrong with your hardware.
Also, it's not that unusual for people to experience something like this upon first power-up. Your situation is quite-rare; I've only seen a handful of members experience this. More-common is for the unit to freeze when first switched on, although this is also fairly-rare.
This happened to me, was handled by Hans in tech support almost-immediately (I got lucky with business hours over in Germany I guess), and within minutes of hearing from him I was up-and-running, and haven't experienced a freeze ever since that first day.
Just bear in mind that because it's software-driven, one commonly chooses to check for updates before doing anything else, and often a newer version has been posted since the unit was loaded up with the operating system prior to shipping.

Make sure you check your spam folders.
They should have answered your support request by now.
(Business day in Gernany almost over (Friday 18)).
Yeah, they did.
I have managed to update device to latest version.
But looks like I have absolutely no rigs beside default Crunch.
That should be easy to fix, there is a button somewhere to restore factory content... dont know it by memory, see user manual
Just loaded stuff from main page.
Everything up and running.
Thx for help!
chave the same problem how did you resolve yours
thanks
hi I've sent you a PM
