Using the Kemper as Outbord FX Unit?

Hi Guys,

I normally record my guitars dry and add delay reverb in logic. However the delays and reverb are so good in the Kemper now I would like to use them.

I still want to record dry............ so is there anyway to patch the Kemper so I can use it as a outboard FX unit?

There is a video on the Kemper website that walks through all the options and how to connect them. It’s probably easier to watch that than for me to try and type it out.

In addition to your tube amp I'd record the KPA dry on a track and the effects to another stereo track. You can blend the effects as needed and might just find that the KPA sits better in the mix for some parts.
