Hey guys , so Im new using the Kemper, I'm getting acquainted with it but I can't seem to figure out how to add more than one amp at a time, I know how to change amps and how to change cabinets but I can't seem to add more than one amp at a time, also when it comes to downloading amps how do I do that? I'm assuming it's the same as downloading the system updates with a USB? I didn't see any friedman presets stock loaded so does anyone have any good suggestions on where to download effects and amps?
Using 2 amps at once/ Downloading more amps.

Unless it's a dual amp profile you'll need a second Kemper!
Do you have Rigmanager installed? If not, you should, then DL from the exchange: https://www.kemper-amps.com/rig/exchange

No. What does rig master do?
-
I will. Any other good places to download amps and effects?

I'm generally not a high gain guy. For a lot of the amp tones i dig i would say check out the free packs from Michael Britt, Tone Junkies, Selah Sounds, and Brian Carl. My personal favorite are the Brian Carl profiles. He seems like a great guy and i think his profiles sound fantastic!

Is there a reason I can't install the rig manager on my computer? I install it using the 64-bit operating system which is what I have and at the end of the installation nothing happens, I searched my computer and I have nothing for rig manager except the install icons. do I just put the install icon in the USB and then upload it in my camper? Or is there something I'm missing
-
When I install rig manager nothing happens. No icons appear for if. I search my computer and nothing comes up. I have deleted it and reinstalled it numerous times, same results
-
Oddly, when I go.to uninstall programs, rig manager appears, yet I can't find it anywhere in my computer besides the uninstall programs section
-
Have you checked through installed programs list if it has been installed?
-
I first it wasn't then it was then it wouldn't let me open it. This thing doesn't seem to like me. I have it open now. How am I supposed to get things onto the Kemper from here ? I couldn't find any good tutorials about this online
-
So basically I'm just unclear how to transfer rigs from rig manager to the kemper at this point. Does anyone have a tutorial on this? Sorry for all the questions. Im new here
-
If you've managed to open the rig manager, you should be able to see the Kemper in the list to the left, toward the bottom (so long as you've connected it to the computer with a USB cable - the manual tells you which port to use on the kemper). It is under the "All rigs" portion of the list.
You can drag-drop profiles from rig manager directly to the "Kemper profiler" on that list.

there's a good tutorial on you tube covering this..
-
Let start with the basics...
Connect your computer via a USB cable. Rig manager will then sync with your Kemper when you switch it on.
It will also show all the rigs on the exchange ( about 15,000). You can search for any type of rig ( say JCM800). Double click on the rig and it should load onto your Kemper to try it. If you want to keep it you can save it either via your Kemper or via Rig Manager.
Back to your first question, you cannot use 2 amps at once, only 1 at a time.
If you are going to use it live, I suggest you use performance mode. Chose a performance and save which ever rigs you like into each slot ( you have 5 per performance).
