please check your spam folder. You sent 2 tickets and we replied to both of them within 24 hours. First reply was on monday and the second one 3 days ago.
Basically you need to contact the service center in Calgary to get your unit repaired.

maybe some typo in the email address or your provider blocked the response before it reached your mailbox.
If you don't get a response after 48 hours i would recommend to call the hotline. -

This has happened many times, Shawn.
Someone "panics" 'cause he's not heard back from the company, even after multiple "reminders", then a staff member informs him that in fact every request was responded to, providing dates on which the messages were sent.
It's usually a spam-filter thing, but I have seen occasions where the cause wasn't tracked down, for whatever reason. Technically it's moot anyway once the client has rung his "local" service centre / wholesaler.
