Hey Everybody!

We were already topic in another thread a few days ago,but i think now we are really ready to announce our profiles!

just wondering about the tweaks (amp/cab settings) did you tweak to get the profiles closer to the sound of the amp or to "improve" the sound of the profiles? they sound good but there are some quite drastic tweaks in some of the profiles.

Hey Luntho!
I tweaked a lot and i turned the knobs until it was there where i wanted it to be!
But...this is just my take on it!These sounds suit my needs and i use them in all my productions without the need to further tweak them
or have some crazy EQing going on(on the board or in the DAW) which could introduce some phasing issues!
Feel free to experiment with these!

Got 5 packs and I find them very, very good. Some of the best Plexis I have played in the Kemper are in the four Plexi packs I got from you. They are not raw, but rather edited it seems, but the point is they sound great out of the box and I am a lazy tweaker.

It doesnt look like you guys considered doing merged profiles in the making of these packs, did you?

IMHO It would be a pity if all the work went only into studio profiles.

Are you possibly making more profiles from another set of Amp Museum collection amps? See there are some real gems not available elsewhere.

Yes in the first round of profiling we didn´t consider doing merged profiles,but we´ll do it maybe in the future!I want to explore the process a bit more and if the results are good then we´ll do it!

What´s your impression on merged profiles?How do you use them-are you tweaking a lot?Or do you feel the need to change the cabs on "studio-profiles" a lot?Do you use them more than "studio-profiles"?

after a few experiments, I've profiled all my amps again as merged ones, and I have stopped to use "studio-only" profiles ever since. There are only advantages and it's a minimum of extra work in the making process. Changing cabs on profiled amps has never been more accurate, and monitoring on a guitar cab feels much more like the real deal.

All of them, but seriously, the two in which I'm most interested are the YJM with both G12T-75 (Yngwie's speaker of choice) and greenbacks and one of the Majors. Not many good profiles exist of either of these amps.
