I bought my kemper used a while ago and it arrived with a dead bug under the glass. It has never stopped bugging me. Is there a way to remove the glass safely to remove it?

Well, this is a question for support.
-
I went ahead and put in a support ticket. I will update this thread with the outcome as I was unable to find anything on removing the glass anywhere.

Interesting.
Amazingly, you're not the first to experience this, Rich.
-
What was the fix???
-
I honestly can't remember, Bill, else I'd have recounted it.
-
-
But... he said it was already-dead when it arrived. DOA, so to speak.
-
I was curious what support told him to do to get to the inside.
-
I haven't heard from support yet.

They probably don't like to be bugged, so don't be a pest.Yikes, that was pretty lame.
-
Well support wants me to send it in and I don't want to do that so I will just have to live with it.
"Hello Rick-
I understand you have a guest behind your display! Can you provide me the serial number from your unit? I can assist you in sending your unit in for repair, if you so choose. As Burkhard mentioned before- you could try a can of air and see if that will dislodge it, otherwise we would need to disassemble your unit." -
It's not a bug, it's a feature
