I'm trying to convert this IR from this Pack and this message shows up (pics attached)
I was thinking about importing the IR as a wave file in Cubase, resample it to 44.100 and export it, but i'm afraid to ruin it ... 
is it a problem that it comes from the Axe-FX?? is it possible to resample it without destroying it??
oh, and for the import part, does the standard USB-key-in-the-profiler-import-procedure works for IRs ???

You need to convert those IR's in 41.100 16 or 24 bit, then export it and convert it using cab maker into Kemper format. In mono of course.
ok, but are there special converting tools that i need to use for this? or just open a DAW, import it as a .wav file, resample it and export like a normal audio file? isn't it going to alter the IR??
A special tool is not needed. You can do it in your DAW. Depending on the DAW, you can do as you indicated, or you can just import (without resampling), and then export the audio file as 16 bit.

As you wrote! No it won't alter the IR. You're simply converting it to a different sample rate and bit.
