Hi guys, how is it about spdif on Kemper? Is it really usable for reamping or can it be used for output to the interface and than to the software ? I have tried yesterday with one cable from out on the Kemper to in on my interface Roland ua 55. But it was not really good. I have done spdif on the Kemper output high and the level on interface too but there was only a very small sound. Clock was right, Roland was slave....now I don't know if the spdif really the right connection is...I have tried every possible setting on Kemper output spdif knob but I wasn't happy ... Soooo maybe u got some helpful things for me...thanks dave

Everything I record goes spdif, git/master left.
Works beautifully. I can reamp the git signal all I want later.

I track main out analog left + right and spdif just in case I do need to reamp something. I prefer the sound of the analog, but have gotten fine results with the spdif as well (but I go spdif in of KPA and then record the analog main outs again, I just like how my interface 'colors' the tone).

O.K it work's today...I don't know what I have been done different... But now it works... Thanks

All-analog hookup here.
No digital ins on my interfaces, just HQ AD/DA.
