Have you set Fixed Latency on?
I tried on and off but problem is the same.

Have I missed something? Where was it clarified that both KPAs are powered or one is and the other is not? And what about the cabinet, stereo or mono?

I tried with cabinet and line and the problem is the same. Two Kempers are PowerRack.
...and the cabinet is..?

Mesa Boogie 4x12
What exactly is it you want to achieve?
two signals (from two amplifiers) into one cab?

Yes, two signals (from two amplifiers) into one cab or two signals (from two amplifiers) into two cab, It´s the same.
With ABY pedal is simple but now the problem is:
PROBLEM!!!!!
I have a new very rare thing to use 2 Kempers at same time. When one of them changing rig, it automatically goes out of phase. If I stop playing and hope five seconds sounds have out of phase but with diferents sound of firts and if I wait another 5 seconds and resumes well.
What I worry that out of phase difference is variable and is not fixed. I tried it on Mesa Boogie cabinet and Main Output and the problem is the same.
I do not understand anything at all ......
If the two units are set on Fixed Latency, then the only reasons for a phase shift can be the two "channels" of the cab intrinsicly shifted or different effects active in the two rigs.
Since you say the phase issues are variable, the latter is the only option I can think of.
I'd switch every possible effect off and carefully check whether all the settings are the same on the two machines: Input, Output, Pure Cab...
I'd also perform a Global Init and a System Reset.
Let us know:)
The make sure you have identical settings on both machines I would setup KPA perfectly with 2 "clean" meaning no effects (not no gain) profiles, back it up to a usb stick and then restore the backup of kpa 1 to kpa 2.
I would suggest to use Y split before the KPA , constant latency on , and checking the phase coherence between the cabinets if you use two of them.
Maybe one of the cabinet is out of the phase ?
He's using a single, "stereo-able" cab. and yes, he's splitting the guitar signal.

I think is worth to try to use DELAY on one of the KPA
Mix 100%
Time 10ms(experiment with this parameter to get rid of the combo filter effect)
Feedback 0%
Sometimes is better to delay one signal - when exactly match in phase is not possible.
Two different profiles may have different phase vs frequency characteristic
But this has never shown before: with the Constant Latency active every overdubbing has always worked well: we would have known otherwise
Thanks viabcroce and DamianGreda for yours suggentions, I'm trying test, in a few days I said something.
I use Y split before the KPA , constant latency on , and same cabinet presets.
